Who handles the data

World Cooking Experience is responsible for enquiries received through the channels shown on this portal. For privacy questions, write to info@worldcookingexperience.com.

Data collected

For news registration, we collect name, email, interest, language, consent and submission date. In the journey interest form, we collect the selected experience, name, email, optional phone, message, language, consent and submission date. In the agency and partner form, we may collect organisation, country or market, name, email, optional phone, experiences of interest, estimated group size, preferred period, materials requested and message.

When you choose WhatsApp or email, you voluntarily share the information needed to answer. Those channels are operated by external providers and are also subject to their own privacy policies.

Purpose, legal basis and retention

We use information to send news related to the selected interest or to answer and qualify an enquiry, present availability, terms and materials, and take requested pre-contractual steps. Processing is based on explicit consent and the need to answer the request initiated by the data subject.

We keep interest registrations and enquiries without an active commercial relationship for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Legal or contractual obligations may require a different period; when no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Processors and security

The portal and database use technical hosting and infrastructure providers that process data on WCE's behalf. We apply data minimisation and proportionate technical measures; we do not sell form data or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and measurement

The portal does not use analytics cookies or persistent identifiers. It records only aggregable usage events - such as page views, opening a journey, accessing WhatsApp, downloading the calendar or submitting a form - without storing IP addresses, individual profiles or advertising parameters.
