I believe a journey begins long before departure. It begins when we choose to see a territory through what it grows, preserves and teaches — and when someone opens a door to us.
This is how I shape every WCE experience: bringing people, tables and landscapes together, with time to listen, understand and create memories. Over the years, I have seen travellers arrive as strangers and return connected to one another and to the place they experienced.
I do not simply want to take you to a destination. I want to create the conditions for you to build a relationship with it — and for something of that relationship to continue after the journey.
