Edition conditions

Cooking in Japan — Signature Experience officially takes place from 26 October to 6 November 2027, with early arrival on 25 October. The programme ends on Friday, 5 November, and return is on Saturday, 6 November. This portal presents the edition’s final programme.

The 2027 programme retains the 2026 edition’s experiences, hosts and accommodation, confirmed for this journey. The full itinerary brings together the days, houses, inclusions and investment.
