Privacy

This portal presents Cooking in Japan. To access the full 2027 itinerary, we request your name, email and phone number. World Cooking Experience uses these details to provide the presentation, respond to your interest in this experience and follow up on your enquiry. Commercial registration does not subscribe you to news.

Access and retention

Access uses a necessary, protected cookie valid for 30 days in this browser. Registration and enquiry origin are stored in the commercial WCE Lead Hub database hosted on Cloudflare; the access token is stored only as a hash. Enquiries without a booking are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, under WCE’s operational policy. Records related to a booking follow the obligations applicable to the contractual relationship.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data using the contact below. Cartas da Mesa subscriptions are handled separately on the publication’s portal. Notice version: 13 September 2026.

Access emails

We use Resend to send initial access and requested recovery links. These are transactional messages and do not activate editorial subscriptions. Each link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once; confirming access sets a protected cookie for 30 days in that browser. Tokens are stored in the database only as hashes and removed after expiry. We record sending outcomes to investigate delivery failures.

When you contact us

If you choose WhatsApp or email, you decide the content of your message. WCE uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The chosen service also applies its own terms and privacy policy.

Traveller area

Access to WCE Passport and each participant’s content is managed in the client portal. This page does not receive or store that portal’s credentials.
